"For a father and son getaway, I brought my 17 year old to Casper Mountain last week for a sledding trip. We were very excited and unloaded our sleds and found that my son's would barely run. Assuming that we had not properly jetted for altitude, we headed for Casper Mountain Motorsports to secure the correct jets. STEVE HICKSTEIN greeted us immediately and calculated the correct jet based on where we were riding - we purchased and installed. Got back to the top of the mountain and it still wouldn't run properly. The following morning, DEREK GREGORY helped us with a range of jets so that we could tune by trial and error, without the need to come off the mountain. What we found is that the sled still wouldn't run. Frustrated, we decided to finish our week skiing at Hogadon, but, before we did, we made one more quick stop at CMM just to see if the service department could take a quick look. After a few minute conversation with STEVE HICKSTEIN, he walked out to the sled with us and proceeded to diagnose a problem with the Yamaha T.O.R.S. safety system. A very quick cleaning of a sticky safety switch put my boy's sled back in the running!
I want to take time to thank Steve for understanding that we had driven 1,000 miles and found that we were disappointed that our vacation was spoiled - Steve was not about to let it happen and he went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was back on track!
I would also like to point out that Derek was extremely helpful when we thought the issue was jetting. And, the gentleman who handles the money (Nathan), great guy - excellent representative of CMM.
My experience with "Big Boy Toy" dealers has typically been pretty poor - most of the dealer out there think that they are doing you a favor by being there. Not at CMM, your staff demonstrated true customer service and I am very grateful that my son was able to fully experience mountain riding!

"I was returning to Utah from a road trip to the Black Hills. I needed a rear tire for my RoadStar. The service department was busy but they got me in when the doors opened in the morning and had me back on the road again within an hour. Great service and a good deal on the new tire!"

"Great Experience!!!! Decided to buy a new ATV this morning and by noon I was the new owner of a Suzuki King Quad. I was origionally looking at the Brute Force but was pointed toward the King Quad by Taz who showed me all of the better points about it in comparison to the other one. It was a MUCH better deal !!!! "This is by far the best bike I have ever owned. This is my 12th bike overall and the 4th bike I have purchased from this dealer.
This bike is a dream on long trips. Just returned from the Red Lodge, MT rally and it kicked butt over the Harleys. They couldn't outrun or out corner this one (08 Royal Star Venture). A dream to ride, especially on long trips."

"My boyfriend and I have bought a '07 700 Grizzly, '05 Ninja 250, and our recent purchase of my sweet '07 Honda CBR 600RR all from CMM. The staff has been more than awsome with all my questions and concerns as a new rider. They all know the equipment, the plus and minus, and the need to knows. The service dept. has come all the way to my house to check on a recalled part on my Ninja in the snow! The finance dept. has made the purchases or our toys so easy since you work everyday with my local Credit Union, and our other CU in Sheridan that there was no hangups or pressure.
