Called and spoke with Collin on a Thursday afternoon about a unit that I had on order with a different dealership for close to 3 months. Was told they had the identical unit in stock at Casper Mountain Motorsports. Went down the next day to get and got the royal treatment from everyone at the dealership. I would 10/10 recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get an atv, utv, or motorcycle!

My experience was excellent. Had a minor issue with a used bike (not the dealers fault) and they came rushing out immediately to correct the problem. I was a pretty needy customer and they went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciate the extra effort they made and I highly recommend Casper Mountain Motorsports.

I purchased this unit from these guys. The experience was amazing. From start to finish. They were very upfront, no hidden fees or anything. Both of the gentleman who helped me were extremely knowledgeable about the unit, they were able to go over everything in great detail. The thing that struck me the most, I felt like they were working for me. I never once felt like I was “just a sale”. They were honest about the good and bad in products. I highly recommend them. And before anyone says you can get it cheaper in Denver, with all 4 models I compared. Denver was only cheaper by $78.00 at the most. And I can promise, Denver would not have given the kind of customer service that I received today. Highly recommend checking them out!

I travel for work and currently ride a Honda XR150L. Any time a town has a Honda dealer I take the time to visit. This is the best dealer I have seen so far. Their inventory is astounding. Every bike you could ever want they have. They even had my current bike on the show room floor. Everyone was so friendly and let me take my time to browse. I was initially interested in upgrading to a Suzuki 400, but I was too short for it. On a whim I sat on the R3 and was hooked. If I had a toy hauler trailer it would have came home with me. Keep this place in mind if you want to sit on some bikes and upgrade. Alex was helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I had such as curb weight and just general bike use. He even let me honk the horn on the R3. I came home with some grips for my Honda that I have been wanting. I will be back.

The salesmen at this dealership put up with me for about two years through life’s situations before I was finally able to purchase new 800NK. I started with Justin who since moved to the service department as well as Drew. In the end I finalized my sale with Jesse and he was very courteous and always did his best to get the answers I was looking for quickly. Suzanne in finance is an absolute sweetheart and a blast to chat with while getting through the paperwork! All in all, everyone treated me well, with respect, and never tried to be pushy about anything, which I am grateful for.

This place is the best, i was looking to buy an adventure bike started looking local in rock springs , what i was looking for was not available. saw my number 1 pick available on the website and did a finance app online after hours on friday, had a salesman contact me the minute they opened on sat morning to see how they could be of service. needless to say they got the process started and alex kept me informed of the progress every step of the way . finally got the paperwork done on their end with just enough time for me to drive from rock springs to get to the dealership right at closing time . they gladly stayed open to finish my deal and send me out the door very happy with my new tenere . 10/10 will buy here again

I’ve bought multiple units from this company as well as had service done here. I can say the poor reviews I have not experienced. The new sales manager was awesome really enjoyed speaking with him and for being new had a really good knowledge of information in helping me decide what to buy. Then the finance. Finance was a dream I’ve never had someone say I’m gonna get you the best deal possible and then prove it. I can say personally that new or old management it’s always been top tier in my opinion! As far as parts and service they offered accessories as expected and was fair and honest with what was possible and what wasn’t. I can actually say my first service for my new side by side I’m looking forward to it because it definitely feels like a no pressure how can we help dealership. Even though they have to make money it seems fair with honesty and that gets my trusted business. Awesome place summer is coming and I highly recommend in all categories and would give 10 stars if possible.

Got me a new ride! Was a good place to purchase my motorcycle I was financed through Casper mountain sports. Everything worked out good and I enjoy my new ride I purchased the CF Moto 650 hybrid naked rides great I’m happy with it.!
