It’s no fun riding an ATV that’s not, well, fun. And Honda’s TRX®250X is probably the most versatile, most fun, and best balanced sport ATV ever. The basis for all that fun is its an air-cooled, longitudinally mounted overhead-cam engine. Because it’s designed to put out smooth, efficient power, it’s suitable for riders of many skill levels. Then we added our exclusive Honda SportClutch,™ which really opens this ATV up: It gives experienced riders all the control of a conventional clutch lever, but minimizes the potential of stalling for new riders.

  • Lightweight OHV air-cooled 229cc engine is longitudinally mounted to allow direct driveshaft alignment to rear wheels for more efficient power transfer
  • Two-valve cylinder-head design features performance-optimized valve timing, a 31.5mm diameter intake valve and a 27mm diameter exhaust valve to produce a broad, usable powerband.
  • Hand-operated Honda SportClutch enables the rider to experience manual clutch actuation with the advantage of not stalling when coming to a stop.
